@ Corner is the recipient of Dhaka Dhining’s first ever 3 1/2 rickshaw rating. Combining authentic Thai cuisine with an attractive decor, extensive menu, and impeccable service, @ Corner is that rare Dhaka restaurant which could actually survive in another country. Plus, it’s one of the few restaurants in Dhaka offering Thai food without the accompanying Chinese, Indian and Continental dishes. Sure, there are some problems, such as the flattened mosquito included in the proffered menu (above), but, hey, this is Dhaka in March. Mosquitoes are hard to avoid. On this visit we had Vietnamese spring rolls, glass noodles with shrimp, and papaya salad. To augment the taste experience, the spring rolls were accompanied by eight different condiment beakers. The other two dishes were up to the level we have come to expect from previous visits, when we sampled outstanding pad thai, jungle curry, and deep fried tofu triangles with red chili sauce. Understand, though, this is a splurge destination. Authentic Thai food in Dhaka does not come cheap. Adding in a large bottle of water, iced lemon tea, and a frothy lemon grass drink, the total tab for two for lunch, including VAT and service charge, was $23.59.

i have tried their royal set menu in which u have plenty of choices, the seafood salad was awesome, tom yam soup was very good. i took pad thai noodles as my main dish which was also nice and the size of the prone and taste was pretty satisfactory. the royal set menu price is 399 and for classic it is 299, difference is only in the salad and the special appetizer by chef. price is pretty convenient but they charge 10% service charge along with 15% vat which makes the price much higher then expected
i also tried their sushi roll, which was also fresh and good, enjoyed!!!!!!!!!! :D
